Experience BNB manages all short term rentals with properties we either own, rent or co-host, predominantly through sites like Air BnB.
WE HAVE TWO DIFFERENT MODELS WE USE
If you are wanting a guaranteed set income, the best tenant ever and want to use your property yourself on a limited basis The Rental Model may be your best fit.
If you have limited time and / or expertise to manage your holiday listings, but want to still use your property a lot the Co-Host model may be for you. We can help you decide.
YOUR PROPERTY IS IN SAFE HANDS
We screen every guest thoroughly and check they have multiple glowing reviews. We make sure they have ID checks and are the right fit for your property. We will also check your property after every stay (Not every 6 months like a property manager).
CAN I STILL USE THE PROPERTY?
If you rent permanently to someone else you cannot use your property. With us however, YOU CAN !!! If your priority is regular fixed income and ony use your property occasionally, discounts are available to owners, their family and friends if you refer them directly to us. If you want to use the property a lot, our co-host model may be a better fit for you.

WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTIES DO YOU MANAGE?
Predominantly apartments & houses that have something special! It can be anything from a granny flat or even house boats and caravans. We have extensive experience in commercial boats and pools as well, so managing unusual and items that require more maintenance and working knowledge is a speciality too. We will manage anything provided it is capable of offering a 5 star EXPERIENCES for our guests.
